IDONTRAX NRAS enables the reliable and accurate detection of NRAS gene mutations using an optimised combination of primers and fluorescent probes.
The test covers a wide range of mutations in exon 2 (G12S, G12R, G12C, G12N, G12P, G12Y, G12D, G12A, G12V, G12E, G13S, G13R, G13C, G13N, G13Y, G13F, G13D, G13A, G13V) as well as on exon 3 (G60_Q61insAS, Q61E, Q61P, Q61R, Q61L, Q61H, Q61_E62>HK).
Based on ICE technology, the solution offers good sensitivity and high reproducibility. This applies equally to challenging matrices such as plasma (cfDNA) or FFPE tissue (gDNA).
The reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes, with ready-to-use primers and probes. This approach simplifies laboratory workflow and contributes to optimal standardisation of results.
