The test specifically targets the T790M (exon 19) and C797S (exon 20) mutations, which are involved in targeted therapy resistance mechanisms and are essential for adapting therapeutic strategies.
Based on ICE* technology developed by ID SOLUTIONS, IDONTRAX EGFR-RESIST guarantees high sensitivity and excellent reproducibility, even on demanding clinical matrices such as plasma (cfDNA) or FFPE tissues (gDNA).
The reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes, with ready-to-use primers and probes, to simplify preparation, reduce handling and ensure optimal standardisation of results.
