IDONTRAX BRAF enables the reliable detection of BRAF gene mutations, as well as the identification of the wild-type allele, thanks to an optimised mix of primers and fluorescent probes, specifically designed for use in dPCR.
The test targets a broad spectrum of clinically relevant mutations in exon 15, including
E380Q, L597S, L597Q, L597R, L597V, A598V, A598T, V600K, V600R, V600M, V600G, V600D, K601E and V600E.
Based on ICE* technology developed by ID SOLUTIONS, IDONTRAX BRAF guarantees high sensitivity and excellent reproducibility, including on challenging clinical samples such as plasma (cfDNA) or FFPE tissue (gDNA).
The reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes, with ready-to-use primers and probes, to simplify preparation, reduce handling and ensure optimal standardisation of results in routine laboratory settings.
