Product description

IDNAPTEX TERT reliably identifies TERT mutations. It uses an optimised mix of primers and fluorescent probes.

IDNAPTEX TERT targets mutations in the TERT promoter region (C228T, C250T).

ICE* technology ensures optimal sensitivity and reproducibility. Developed by ID SOLUTIONS, it is essential for the analysis of plasma (cfDNA) or FFPE tissue (gDNA) samples.

The reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes. The primers and probes are ready-to-use to simplify preparation. This configuration improves the reproducibility of results.
