Set of probes and primers for the detection of
IDH1 and IDH2 mutations
Optimized for
IDNAPTEX IDH1-2 reliably detects IDH1 and IDH2 mutations. It uses an optimised mix of primers and fluorescent probes.
IDNAPTEX IDH1-2 targets mutations in Exon 4 of IDH1 (R132H, R132C, R132S, R132G, R132L) and Exon 4 for IDH2 (R140Q, R140W, R140L, R140G, R172W, R172G, R172K, R172M).
The reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes. The primers and probes are ready-to-use to simplify preparation. This configuration improves the reproducibility of results.
The ICE control has been implemented specifically to validate the extraction procedure for each sample tested.
