Set of probes and primers for the detection
of ESR1 mutation

Product description

IDNAPTEX ESR1 reliably identifies ESR1 mutations and wild-type alleles in a single test.
It uses an optimised mix of primers and fluorescent probes.

This test detects and distinguishes mutations in Exon 8, Exon 5, Exon 6 and Exon 7:
– Exon 8 mutations include L536H, L536P, L536R, L536Q, L536F, Y537S, Y537C, Y537N, Y537D, Y537H and D538G
– The Exon 5 mutation detected is E380Q
– The Exon 6 mutation detected is V422del
– The Exon 5 mutation detected is S463P

ICE* technology ensures optimal sensitivity and reproducibility. Developed by ID SOLUTIONS, it is essential for the analysis of plasma (cfDNA) or FFPE tissue (gDNA) samples.

The reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes. The primers and probes are ready-to-use to simplify preparation.
This configuration improves the reproducibility of results.
