The IDH3F3A kit is a ready-to-use multiplex test for the detection and quantification by digital PCR of mutations in the H3F3A (H3 Histone Family Member 3A) gene.
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution for simultaneous amplification of H3F3A mutations at positions K27M, G34R and G34V in a single PCR reaction for each sample.
The kit can be used oncirculating free DNA (cf-DNA) samples extracted from plasma, or on genomic DNA (gDNA) samples isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
