The IDEGFR-RARE kit is a ready-to-use multiplex test for digital PCR detection of activating or resistance mutations (G719X, Insertions exon 20 and S768I) in theEGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) gene.
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution for the simultaneous amplification of EGFR mutations, including G719X, S768I and exon 20 insertions, in a single PCR reaction for each sample.
This IDEGFR-RARE kit can be used in combination with the IDEGFR-SENSI and IDEGFR-RESIST products.
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma or on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
