Product description

IDNAPTEX BRAF reliably identifies BRAF mutations and wild-type alleles. It uses an optimised mix of primers and fluorescent probes.

IDNAPTEX BRAF targets mutations in Exon 15 (E380Q, L597S, L597Q, L597R, L597V, A598V, A598T, V600K, V600R, V600M, V600G, V600D, K601E, V600E).

ICE* technology ensures optimal sensitivity and reproducibility. Developed by ID SOLUTIONS, it is essential for the analysis of plasma (cfDNA) or FFPE tissue (gDNA) samples.

The reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes. The primers and probes are ready-to-use to simplify preparation. This configuration improves the reproducibility of results.
