The iSolutions MonkeyPox Fullplex qPCR kit is a ready-to-use qualitative qPCR detection kit for the specific and simultaneous amplification of DNA from subspecies of Monkeypox virus (MPXV) and Orthopoxviruses, responsible for simian othopoxvirosis, also known as monkeypox. It enables differentiation between the Central African clade and the West African clade.
Validated by the Centre National de Référence des Orthopox viruses, the iSolutions MonkeyPox Fullplex qPCR kit is intended for research use only (RUO).
