Distinction of mutations of the MMLH1 gene by liquid biopsy
The IDmMLH1 kit is a digital PCR test that quantifies the methylation rate of MLH1 gene promoter.
The solution includes a unique DIgestion Control Efficiency which validates the digestion efficiency.
The kit can be used on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
Including the DIgestion Control Efficiency (DICE)
The DICE allows the population positioning to discriminate digested control vs non digested control and the calculation of digestion efficiency.
