The IDKRAS-G12C kit is a ready-to-use multiplex test for the detection and quantification of KRAS (G12C) mutations by digital PCR .
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution enabling simultaneous amplification of each sample in a single PCR reaction .
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma, or on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
