Automated extraction and purification of DNA and RNA from 96 samples with magnetic beads
IDEAL 96 High Purity Extraction Robot performs fully automated nucleic acid purification of up to 96 samples using magnetic beads.
Automated steps include nucleic acid binding to magnetic beads, washes and nucleic acid elution.
After selecting the extraction protocols to be used via the software interface, the user configures the machine using the touch screen, loads the various solutions, samples, tip comb to protect the magnetic head onto the IDEAL 96 High Purity Extraction Robot stage. The user then closes the workstation cover and starts the protocol.
The protocol provides all the instructions necessary for the IDEAL 96 High Purity Extraction Robot to perform automated nucleic acid purification. Sample transfer into the various reagents and nucleic acid separation from the magnetic beads are carried out by the 96 magnetic head to guarantee excellent reproducibility and minimize the handling time required for nucleic acid extraction and purification.
