The IDQUANT range from ID SOLUTIONS is designed for the standardized detection and quantification of free circulating DNA (cfDNA) in biological samples. It comprises two main kits:
IDQUANTd and IDQUANTq
Each offers different PCR technologies to meet specific research and diagnostic needs.
The ID-ICE control makes it possible to assess target extraction efficiency for each sample, and to normalize inter-assay fluctuations for the same donor when monitoring over time.
Normalization with the ID-ICE control can only be performed if the DNA has been extracted using the controls supplied in the IDXtract or IDXtract-MAG extraction kit.
