The IDONTRAX range comprises qPCR tests dedicated to the detection of somatic mutations in oncology, designed for optimal use on Roche’s LightCycler System. IDONTRAX combines analytical performance, ease of use and standardisation to support molecular biology laboratories in their decision-making analyses.







Accurate detection of mutations

With the IDONTRAX range, mutation detection becomes more accurate and reliable. Based on digital PCR (dPCR), IDONTRAX technology reliably identifies key mutations, even when they are present in very low abundance. Each test is designed to finely discriminate between mutated alleles and wild-type alleles, ensuring clear, actionable and reproducible results.

Optimised for ease of use, the reagents include a target process control (TPC). This allows for more accurate results. The use of the ID-ICE reagent allows for good control of the pre-analytical process. This enhances the reliability of the results.
