IDNAPTEX products accurately detect target mutations from plasma (cfDNA) or FFPE tissue (gDNA) using an innovative multiplexed solution.
These assays are based on an optimized mix of primers and fluorescent probes, guaranteeing simultaneous amplification of multiple target mutations in a single well.
Universal amplification program compatible with all tests
Designed for simplicity of use and reproducibility of results, reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes with ready-to-use primers and probes, plus Target Process Control (TPC).
Combined with the QIAcuity 5Plex dPCR system, the streamlined workflow enables results to be obtained in less than a day, providing a high-performance solution for clinical oncology research.
Accurate detection of mutations
Combined with assays from the IDNAPTEX range, the patented* ID-ICE reagent acts as an internal control, specially designed to assess the extraction efficiency of liquid biopsy samples.
