Solution for quantitative detection and standardization of circulating free DNA concentrations by real-time PCR
The IDQUANTq kit is a ready-to-use real-time PCR detection kit enabling relative quantification. The kit amplify a human genome target sequence at a rate of one copy per haploid genome.
This duplex relative quantification system enables simultaneous amplification of extracted circulating free DNA (cf-DNA) and an proprietary exogenous internal control (ICE*) for each sample.
Normalization with the ICE control can only be performed if the DNA has been extracted using the controls supplied in the IDXtract or IDXtract-MAG extraction kit (for all other systems, please consult us).
The ICE control makes it possible to assess the extraction efficiency of the target for each sample, and to normalize inter-assay fluctuations for the same donor when monitoring over time.
