The IDBRAF kit is a ready-to-use multiplex test for the detection and quantification by digital PCR of exon 15 mutations in the BRAF (B-Rad proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase) gene.
Distinction of L597X, A598X, V600X, and K601E mutations of the BRAF gene by liquid biopsy
The IDBRAF kit is a ready-to-use multiplex test for the detection and quantification by digital PCR of exon 15 mutations in the BRAF (B-Rad proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase) gene.
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution enabling simultaneous amplification in a single PCR reaction of BRAF mutations at positions L597X, A598X, V600X and K601E, with a distinction for the V600E mutation.
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma, or on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
