The IDPIK3CA kit is a ready-to-use multiplex test for the detection and quantification by digital PCR of mutations in the PIK3CA (phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit alpha) gene.
Distinction of E542K, E545K, Q546K, H1047R, and H1047 mutations of the PIK3CA gene by liquid biopsy
The IDPIK3CA kit is a ready-to-use multiplex test for the detection and quantification by digital PCR of mutations in the PIK3CA (phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit alpha) gene.
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution enabling simultaneous amplification of PIK3CA mutations at positions E542K, E545K, Q546K, H1047R and H1047L for each sample in a single PCR reaction .
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma, or on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
