The IDNRAS kit is a ready-to-use multiplex assay for the detection and quantification by digital PCR of mutations in codons 12 and 13 of exon 2 and codon 61 of exon 3 of the NRAS (NRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase) gene.
Distinction of G12X, G13X, and Q61X mutations of the NRAS gene by liquid biopsy
The IDNRAS kit is a ready-to-use multiplex assay for the detection and quantification by digital PCR of mutations in codons 12 and 13 of exon 2 and codon 61 of exon 3 of the NRAS (NRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase) gene.
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution enabling simultaneous amplification of NRAS mutations at positions G12X, G13X and Q61X for each sample in a single PCR reaction .
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma, or on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
