IDONTRAX EGFR-SENSI enables reliable detection of activating mutations in the EGFR gene, as well as identification of the wild-type allele, thanks to an optimised mix of primers and fluorescent probes.
The test specifically targets exon 19 deletions and the L858R mutation in exon 21, which are key mutations in the therapeutic management of lung cancer.
Based on ICE* technology developed by ID SOLUTIONS, IDONTRAX EGFR-SENSI guarantees excellent sensitivity and high reproducibility, even on challenging clinical samples such as plasma (cfDNA) or FFPE tissue (gDNA).
The reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes, with ready-to-use primers and probes, to simplify reaction preparation, reduce handling and ensure optimal standardisation of results.
