IDONTRAX KRAS 3X enables reliable and differentiated detection of KRAS gene mutations, as well as identification of the wild-type allele, thanks to an optimised mix of primers and fluorescent probes, specifically designed for digital PCR (dPCR) analysis.
The test provides extensive and optimised coverage of mutated regions:
Exon 2: G12C, G12D, G12V, G12R, G12S, G12A, G12F, G13C, G13D, G13R, G13S
Exon 3: Q61R, Q61L, Q61E, Q61H, Q61K, Q61P
Exon 4: A146T, A146P, A146V, K117N
Based on ICE* technology developed by ID SOLUTIONS, IDONTRAX KRAS 3X guarantees high sensitivity and excellent reproducibility, even on demanding clinical matrices such as plasma (cfDNA) or FFPE tissues (gDNA).
The reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes. They contain ready-to-use primers and probes. This simplifies preparation and limits handling. It also ensures optimal standardisation of results in routine laboratory practice.
