IDONTRAX IDH1-2 enables the reliable and accurate detection of mutations in the IDH1 and IDH2 genes using an optimised mix of primers and fluorescent probes.
The test targets mutations in exon 4 of the IDH1 gene (R132H, R132C, R132S, R132G, R132L) as well as those in exon 4 of the IDH2 gene (R140Q, R140W, R140L, R140G, R172W, R172G, R172K, R172M).
The reagents are supplied in pre-mixed tubes, with ready-to-use primers and probes. This format simplifies reaction preparation, minimises handling and contributes to excellent reproducibility of results.
