IDEAL-96 is an instrument that performs fully automated purification of nucleic acids from 24 samples using magnetic beads. Automated steps include binding of nucleic acids to magnetic beads, washing and elution of nucleic acids.
After preparing the plates with reagents and samples, loading them onto the turntable, and fitting the plastic tip comb to protect the magnetic rods, the extraction protocol can be launched using the touch screen.
The automatic nucleic acid extraction will be then carried out. All the steps necessary for DNA purification are performed by the robot IDEAL-96, ensuring excellent reproducibility and minimizing the handling time.
