The iSolutions™ Essential Enteric Bacteria Fullplex qPCR kit is a ready-to-use qPCR detection kit for the specific and simultaneous amplification of DNA from Salmonella spp, Shigella spp, entero-invasive Escherichia coli, Campylobacter jejuni, Campylobacter coli and Yersinia spp, bacteria responsible for diarrhoeal diseases.

This qualitative fullplex system enables specific, simultaneous amplification of all targets in a single well for each sample.

The kit is to be used with nucleic acid samples previously extracted from stool samples recovered Cary-Blair transport medium.
