The iSolutions™ Enteric Virus Fullplex qPCR kit is an assay based on real-time RT-PCR (or RT-qPCR) technology for the qualitative detection of RNA from Rotavirus A, Norovirus GI/GII, Astrovirus, Sapovirus GI/GII and DNA from Adenovirus F40/F41, viruses responsible for diarrhoeal diseases.

This qualitative fullplex system enables specific and simultaneous amplification of all targets in a single well for each sample.

The kit is to be used with nucleic acid samples previously extracted from stool samples recovered with Cary-Blair transport medium.

Intended for in vitro diagnostic use (CE-IVD marked), the iSolutions™ Enteric Virus Fullplex qPCR kit facilitates the diagnosis of gastro-intestial infections caused by viruses.

Thanks to its universal PCR program, the kit is compatible with all products in the iSolutions™ range.
