The iSolutions™ Enteric Bacteria & C. difficile Fullplex qPCR kit is a ready-to-use qPCR detection kit for the specific and simultaneous amplification of DNA from Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio vulnificus, Vibrio fluvialis, Plesiomonas shigelloides, Aeromonas spp and Clostridium difficile, bacteria responsible for diarrhoeal diseases.

This qualitative fullplex system enables specific and simultaneous amplification of all targets in a single well for each sample.

The kit is to be used with nucleic acid samples previously extracted from stool samples recovered with Cary-Blair transport medium.

Intended for in vitro diagnostic use (CE-IVD marked), the iSolutions™ Enteric Bacteria & C. difficile Fullplex qPCR kit facilitates the diagnosis of gastro-intestial infections caused by bacteria.
