IDXtract is an extraction kit that integrate a calibrated positive control (TPC) and an internal extraction control (ICE).

IDXtract is an extraction kit of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) optimized for use on biological samples such as blood plasma.

The kit contains a calibrated positive control (TPC) and an internal extraction control (ICE) that allows the qualification and the quantification of the extraction process and the standardization of the concentration for each sample. The kit is based on silica membrane columns, that allows reproducible recovery of high-quality cfDNA.

This kit concentrates the cfDNA in a low elution volume suitable for a wide range of applications, including real-time PCR, digital PCR (dPCR), next-generation sequencing (NGS) and genomic hybridization technologies.
