IDQUANTq
cfDNA quantification kit by qPCR
IDQUANTq is a ready-to-use real-time PCR-based standard detection and quantification kit of targeted sequence of the human genome present at a rate of one copy per haploid genome.
It is a relative quantification duplex system that allows, for each sample, to simultaneously amplify the extracted circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and an exogenous internal control (ICE).
Normalization with the ICE control can only be performed if the DNA has been extracted using the controls provided in the IDXtract or IDXtract-MAG extraction kits (for any other systems, please contact us). Using ICE, the extraction efficiency of the target for each sample could be evaluated which allows inter-test fluctuations standardization for the same donor overtime.
This kit is compatible with the following instruments : LightCycler 96, LightCycler 480 (Roche Life Science), CFX-Real-time PCR (Bio-Rad), MIC Real-time PCR System (LabGene Scientific). For other instruments, please contact us.
