IDVAC-24

IDVAC- 24 is a manifold allowing the parallel processing of 24 silica membrane columns for the purification of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) by vacuum. The procedures are carried out under vacuum instead of centrifugation. This time-saving procedure opens up the possibility for processing larger sample volumes.

The columns, supplied in the IDXtract kit, can be attached to the upper ends of the manifold using the IDVAC Mini Adapter.
