IDQUANTq is a ready-to-use real-time PCR-based standard detection and quantification kit for amplifying a target sequence of the human genome present at one copy per haploid genome.

It is a relative quantification duplex system that allows the simultaneous amplification of the extracted circulating DNA and an exogenous internal control (ICE) for each sample.

Normalization with the ICE control can only be done if the DNA has been extracted using the controls provided in the IDXtract  or IDXtract-MAG Extraction Kit. The ICE control  thus makes it possible to evaluate the extraction efficiency of the target for each sample and thus to standardize inter-test fluctuations for the same donor during a follow-up over time. By this standardization, IDQUANTq allows the qualification of the samples  over time for the same donor by the study of ΔCt.

This kit is compatible with real-time thermo-cyclers reading the following wavelengths: 525 nm (FAM) and 548 nm (HEX, Yakima Yellow, VIC). For example LC480 I, LC480 II , LC96 Roche, CFX96, Chromo4 Biorad, 7500 AB, Rotorgen Qiagen. For any other instrument, please contact us.
