IDEGFR is a ready-to-use kit for the detection and quantification by digital PCR of EGFR mutations involved in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patient stratification for targeted therapies using tyrosine kinase inhibitors and associated resistances.
This is a multiplexed quantification system that allows for each sample the simultaneous amplification in 3 reactions: activating mutations (L858R, L861Q and Del19 – 1st reaction), mutations of resistances (T790M and C797S – 2nd reaction) and rare mutations (S768I, G719X ans ins20 – 3rd reaction).
Each of the reactions can be sold separately.
This kit can be used on a circulating DNA extract or DNA extract isolated from FFPE tissues.

The IDEGFR kit has been validated for the detection of T790M, L858R and Del19 mutations present on circulating DNA in comparison with NGS analyzes and Cobas test CE-IVD (Roche Diagnostics US).
